Guests may bring bags meeting one of the following criteria:

1. Clear bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" with no more than 2 pockets.
2. Small clutches/purses/wallets not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" (with or without handle/strap).
3. Bags required for medical necessity or as diaper bags (leadership approval required).

Bags with prohibited items (e.g., metal chains) will not be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

• Banners, flags, and signs must not exceed 11" x 17".
• Oversized items will be confiscated. Poles, sticks, or dowels are not permitted.
• No helium or air-filled balloons.
• Management reserves the right to confiscate any signage with inappropriate content.

Event-specific rules may apply and may be more restrictive.

Bicycle racks are available in parking lots and outdoor walkways for your convenience.

Unless otherwise specified by the event, professional and commercial photography/recording equipment is not permitted.

Prohibited equipment includes:

• Cameras with interchangeable or lenses longer than 3.5 inches
• Flash photography, monopods, or tripods
• Audio/video recording devices (camcorders, audio recorders, etc.)

For certain shows, recording on mobile devices may also be strictly prohibited. Standard pocket cameras may be permitted depending on the event.

Event officials may impose additional restrictions.

Acrisure Arena is a cashless facility. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express at all ticketing, food, and retail locations. A photo ID may be required with credit card purchases. California Bank & Trust is the Official Bank of the CV Firebirds and Acrisure Arena.

Acrisure Arena is committed to providing all guests with a safe, comfortable, and extraordinary experience. All guests are expected to:

• Treat others with respect; refrain from abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures.
• Not interfere with the event, athletes, coaches, referees, performers, or arena staff.
• Refrain from threats, violence, fighting, taunting, or throwing objects.
• Consume alcohol legally and responsibly.
• Refrain from all smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the arena campus, including outdoor plazas.
• Comply with arena staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.
• Remain fully clothed (shirt and shoes required at all times).
• Sit in their ticketed seat only. Guests in premium spaces may present wristbands for access.
• Refrain from standing excessively or dancing in aisles or on chairs.
• Restrict movement during the National Anthem.
• Avoid unauthorized commercial activity on arena property.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in ejection without a refund.

Door times vary by event. For CV Firebirds games, doors typically open 60 minutes before puck drop. For concerts and special events, door times are listed on each event page at AcrisureArena.com.

Acrisure Arena has four points of entry:

• Two main entrances on the east side of the building, next to The Oasis.
• Two premium entrances on the west side, adjacent to VIP Lots A & B.
• An Accessible Entrance near the Ticketmaster Box Office with elevator access.

Once inside, guests who exit will not be re-admitted without an unused/unscanned ticket. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.

• Elevators are located in three corners of the arena, providing access to the Main Concourse and Spotlight 29 Premium Level.
• The Northeast elevator (inside the Accessible Entrance) also reaches the Event Level.
• The Northwest elevator (inside the North Premium Entrance) also accesses Chairman's Club 29.
• Stairs are located in all four corners. Use stairs (not elevators) in case of emergency.
• There are no escalators. Most seats are in the lower bowl for easy navigation.
• Earplugs available for purchase near Guest Services (Section 105) and on the Spotlight 29 Premium Level.

Prohibited items cannot be stored by the arena. Guests will be asked to return them to their vehicle.

For guest safety during CV Firebirds games, guests are asked to remain at the top of the aisle while the puck is in play. A Guest Services Representative will notify guests when it is safe to proceed to their seats.

All restrooms include baby changing stations. The arena also features:

• 8 All-Gender single-occupancy restrooms (also usable as private nursing stations) near Sections 105, 111, 117, 123, the Verizon Lounge, UBS Club, and Lexus Club (Section 225), and inside Chairman's Club.
• Adult changing table (adjustable height) in the All-Gender Restroom behind Section 105.
• Nursing Station on the Main Concourse behind Section 117 (see any usher near the South Premium Entry).

If you find an area needing housekeeping, please inform any team member or use the code number posted in the restroom.
