This ticket (“ticket”) is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time, with or without cause. By purchasing this ticket and attending an event hosted by SoCal Arena Company, LLC (“SCAC”) and/or at Acrisure Arena (the “arena”) ticket holder (“holder”) and all of holder’s guests or companions agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below and in full at acrisurearena.com/ticket terms (the “T&Cs”). SCAC shall at its election withdraw or terminate holder’s rights upon any breach of any of these T&Cs or any arena, AHL (defined below) or G League (defined below) rules or policies, or refund to holder the printed ticket retail price. Resale or attempted resale is prohibited. SCAC may refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct SCAC deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. The location, date and/or start time of this event is subject to change. Accessible seating is not guaranteed.  Unauthorized and stolen tickets are void. Breach of these T&Cs shall subject holder to all legal remedies available to SCAC and arena licensees.

WARNING! DURING AHL GAMES, DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, PUCKS STILL MAY FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK, IMMEDIATELY ASK USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL STATION. FOR ALL EVENTS AT THE ARENA, HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND RELEASES SCAC, SHP DEVELOPMENT LLC (“SHPD”), LAL G LEAGUE, LLC THE H.N. AND FRANCES C. BERGER FOUNDATION, THE AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE (“AHL”), THE AHL MEMBER CLUBS, THE NBA G LEAGUE AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENCIES, DEPARTMENTS, SUBDIVISIONS, RELATED ENTITIES, OWNERS, GOVERNORS, TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AHL” AND “G LEAGUE RESPECTIVELY) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH CAUSES.

HOLDER ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO COVID-19, WHICH HAS BEEN DECLARED A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC BY THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, IS EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS AND IS BELIEVED TO BE SPREAD MAINLY FROM PERSON TO PERSON CONTACT, AND SHALL ABIDE BY ALL ARENA AND AHL POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS INTENDED TO PREVENT AND/OR CONTROL THE SPREAD OF COVID-19.

Holder, grants SCAC, SHPD, the G League and the AHL (collectively, the “permitted entities”) permission to record holder’s image, name, voice, likeness, actions and/or statements in any image, footage, or display, whether live or recorded, which may be taken at the game or at the arena, and to the use of same by the permitted entities at any time, for any purpose (including advertising or promotional purposes), and in any media now known or subsequently developed without additional compensation. The permitted entities reserve the right to modify any arena and/or AHL and/or G League policies, including this release, without notice.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion or other unauthorized trade purposes without prior written consent of SCAC, SHPD, and/or the AHL and/or the G League or their applicable member clubs, as applicable.
