Code of Conduct

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ACRISURE ARENA GUESTS
 

Acrisure Arena and its league affiliates thank you for your commitment and adherence

to the following Guest Code of Conduct:

• Guests are entitled to enjoy their game and/or event experience in an environment

free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors. All fans, and arena/team

personnel are expected to interact with professionalism and mutual respect.

• Guests shall not interfere with the event and/or its athletes, coaches, referees,

performers, or arena staff in any manner.

• Guests shall sit only in their assigned ticketed seat and must present a valid ticket

upon request by arena or event personnel.

• Guests may not engage in fighting, taunting, throwing objects, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and are subject to immediate ejection.

• Obscene, indecent or violent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.

• Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.

• Smoking, use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, or illegal substances while on facility property is prohibited.

• Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding operational and

emergency procedures.

• Guests shall not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on arena

property.

• Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the arena without a

refund.

Arena Staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the

above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate

behavior to the nearest arena staff member.
