Which departments hire part-time staff?

Food & Beverage, Event Services (Ushers, Ticket-Takers, Guest Services), Event Security, Box Office, Parking Services, Premium Services, Operations, Facilities, and Merchandise Sales.

What are the hours expected for work?

Hours vary by department and your interaction with the event or the event's fans.

How often will part-time employees work?

Scheduling is based on the events on the calendar, which varies month to month. The Firebirds alone play a minimum of 37 home games from October through April, increasing volume during high season. There's no guarantee of hours or schedule.

Can I volunteer as an usher or a ticket taker?

No — Acrisure Arena is not a 501(c)3 organization, so volunteer roles aren't available at this time.

What is the minimum age requirement?

18 for most jobs; select positions are available at 16. See individual job descriptions for exact age requirements.
